Mentor and Motivate Immigrant Youth
This is a series of events held once every month. This program gives youth an opportunity to hear from immigrant and youth role models from diverse cultures and backgrounds. The goal of the program is to motivate and inspire youth to reach their potential while developing leadership skills. Youth are given an opportunity to see themselves represented in different careers and roles and develop mentor-mentee relationships. This program is a BCFC community initiative and not a funded program.

Participation in civic matters to effect change.

Talk about issues of concern in the community.
Program Overview
Through this program, the youth will:
- Gain confidence
- Develop leadership skills
- Be motivated to engage in civic matters and,
- Be inspired and empowered to lead change
Eligibility to register:
- Youth 15-29 years
- 1st or 2nd generation immigrant or refugee
