Mentor and Motivate Immigrant Youth

Our Mentor and Motivate Immigrant Youth program at BCFC is a flagship Youth Program created to engage newcomer and refugee youth ages 15‑29. Through this initiative, participants gain access to inspiring role‑models from diverse cultural backgrounds and enter into meaningful Youth Mentorship relationships. This program is built on the principles of mentor and motivation, ensuring that each participant receives guidance and encouragement to achieve their full potential.

Youth Leadership & Empowerment

We believe that developing Youth Leadership is at the heart of lasting change. This program fosters confidence, guiding youth to step into roles where they influence their communities and shape their futures. As youth embark on this journey, they experience the power of Youth Empowerment, seeing themselves represented in a range of careers and life paths, and embracing the leadership potential within. Mentor and motivation are central to supporting youth as they navigate challenges and take on leadership opportunities.
